- JUNE, 11, 2008: To
All Hole and a Heartbeat website members: My deepest apologies for this week’s server
crash which left our website out of commission for a couple of
days. Apparently our credit cardprocessor was attacked by hackers
and considerable damage was inflicted on multiple sites within
their network. Luckily Hole and a Heartbeat remained intact.
Only damage done was the site was down for a couple days. Anyone
who like to receive an extra week free, contact me. I will do
my best to allocate an extra week to make up for this. I only
ask that you be patient because we have thousands of members
and I will have to adjust everyone’s accounts personally.
This is no problem at all. My only concern is that each and every
one of our members feels satisfied with our compensation.
